Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, France, Germany, Austria and Mexico. No minimum purchase is required.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery is estimated at 4–8 business days from shipping confirmation. In exceptional logistics cases, including carrier disruptions, loss in transit or reshipment, delivery may take up to 20 business days from shipping confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Delays: If your order has not been delivered after 20 business days from shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@sagerune.com. We will investigate and offer a reshipment or refund, as applicable.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order at https://sagerune.com/apps/parcelpanel.

Customs and Import Charges: Where applicable, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@sagerune.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
